I dread going to the dentist (probably like the rest of the general population). I went in for a routine cleaning after missing a couple of appointments due to the pandemic. Turns out that I needed 2 crowns to prevent further damage. I was so scared to get them done but Dr. Chen assured that this was the best option at the time. I must say that I was scared of getting any major work done. Dr. Chen made getting my crowns very comforting. He answered all questions that I had about the procedure. I have found my new dentist! The office staff are all nice as well. More

Friendly, Fast & Efficient! I walked into a nice, relaxing lounge area and made an appointment for a few days later ... not weeks! Kristin is genuinely nice, friendly and helpful! She's kept me informed of appointments thru texts! 👍 At my consultation appt Emily took xrays and made me feel at ease. Dr W____ did my exam and was very thorough and explained what I needed. Kristin went over my insurance and payment. I returned a few days later and had my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist did a thorough cleaning with no discomfort. Dr Chen filled a couple of teeth where the enamel was worn off. I was feeling anxious, but he's super nice and I'm pleased with my teeth. I had no cavities (thanks to my sonicare toothbrush) like I was told by another dentist. And, it turns out my insurance will pay for more than just a regular cleaning. Another thing I was told by that dentist. I've always gone to a dentist with a private practice ..... However, I am absolutely loving having a team of professionals who are friendly, supportive and thorough! I've found my new place for all my dental needs! I’m embarrassed to say that I have avoided the dentist for over a decade... I’ve always hated how it felt and the family dentist I saw growing up always made me feel stupid and incapable, so I stopped going as an adult. For years since moving to Dallas I’ve heard good things about Mint and today I went for my first exam and cleaning. They were understanding, compassionate, and easy to work with. Got me all numbed up and on the nitrous oxide so I could relax and not feel much discomfort at all. Best of all they didn’t beat me down and make me feel bad, they simply made professional recommendations for what I can do better. I have several things I need to get done to get my teeth back to the beautiful smile I used to have, but they were very easy to work with in explaining what needs to be done, breaking things up into several visits that will be budget friendly, while prioritizing the more important stuff. I’ll definitely be back again, and if you’re in a similar situation to me or just looking for a new dentist, then I highly recommend checking out Mint!! I don’t regret it and neither will you! More

I usually have high anxiety with dental office visits (due to a bad extraction experience), but Mint Dentistry has changed my entire perspective! Everyone from the from desk ladies, to the dental assistant Luce, dental hygienist Christine, and Dentist Dr. Fisher, were super kind, patient and informative. My deep cleaning was virtually painless and I cannot wait to take my kids and husband in for an equally great experience!! Not to mention my teeth and mouth feel and look great!!! Thanks Mint!! More

I called on a Monday morning right at 8 AM, I was in pain, and needed immediate dental work. The sweet receptionist scheduled me for an 8:30 appointment that day. When I arrived the ladies in the front were super sweet, I only waited about 10 minutes, because I was early. The dental assistant and the dentist were so nice and calm and soothing. I had 2 teeth extracted due to my negligence and years of NOT going to a dentist. Let me also add that I indeed need A LOT of dental work, but the dentist told me, " we are just going to focus on getting rid of the pain, we can schedule an appointment and then come up with a plan that you can afford." Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to, I will be going back in two weeks for a cleaning and devise a dental plan I can afford. Thank you Mint dentistry for helping me in Monday and thank you in advance for my future dental work. More

Although in so much pain, Samoiyah and Dr. Jack were WONERFUL! My tooth gave them such a hard time because of an infection and they did their best to make it less painful. I really appreciate the care, and will definitely be back. Hopefully I will be able to see them both again, and on better terms with my teeth... like a cleaning or check up...haha. More

I went in for my 6 months cleaning my assistant Sam was awesome. Sam was very informative of everything then stormy helped her out with me. My hygienist Laura was so patient with my because I ask several questions! Dr Chin gave me answers on why my crown was bleeding. I finally feel that I’m on a road to better oral health! Laura even gave me some samples for my sensitive gums. More

I've always loved MINT. Everyone there is so positive sweet and has a good attitude like they actually enjoy their job. I feel comfortable to ask questions and feel like I am in a safe environment, which helps me trust you guys with my teeth! Everything is quick, I like how the treatment plan is brought to me where I am it feels more private and if I want I can stay for treatment which is so much simpler. I also know what I am paying before I leave which is so awesome. I didn't used to make regular appointments to the dentist because it seemed like a hassle but you guys at grapevine MINT make it simple so I feel more obligated to take care of my teeth. Thank you guys for all your hard work and hospitality. The nurse that did my X-rays was great and very accommodating, the Dr was quick and explained her suggestions about treatment, and the office manager explained my treatment plan clearly. Hygienist: My 5 Stars for this location goes to ANTHONY a dental hygienist and here’s why! Anthony was cool, calm and collected. Knowledgeable and confident in his abilities. He then further proved this when he cleaned my teeth. He was so thorough yet timely and gentle. Explained a few things he was doing as he went. Which was great because I actually care to know what’s going on in my mouth and not sit there silently wondering. Interaction during my visits is a plus. He was also very polite and professional and could hold small talk to keep the anxiety level at bay. His service was so good, I convinced my partner who has not been to the dentist in only his maker knows how long, to visit this location just so Anthony could be his hygienist. I found Anthony in the location and told him I brought another challenge for him. He kindly let me know he had a deep cleaning to do at that time. We told him we’d wait. And we did. Until he was free. If we’re going to drive all the way and pay for a service, it needs to be done right. So yea we definitely waited. Not my words but my seriously difficult to impress partners words “Oh wow...I’m not going to front I’m very impressed. This is great work.” Thanks Anthony! You made our experience at this location worthwhile and now my partner actually pays more attention to his dentures to maintain the work you did. Oh and I’m still flossing! All the teeth I want to keep. Dentist: Dr. padmapriya shastri, personally, I received her service and have avoided her service ever since. This doesn’t mean you should. Judge for yourself. I just shouldn’t have to leave a dental chair so skeptical about my diagnosis that I sought 2 other professional dentist opinions whom objected to hers and they ended up correct. I had the office send over my X-rays to me and shared it with these other 2 dentists. I don’t feel she has a holistic view on patients. My visit with her was going to be my last to that location but then they assigned a different dentist to me afterwards who was great. For her I give a 2.3 star. Staff: In general the staff at this location is friendly, professional. The location itself is clean and comfortable, easily accessible. Staff 4 star. More

By the time the hygienist Angel came, my son was almost sleep in the chair. Angel got his teeth sparkling! Unfortunately, he has a bunch of work to be done, but he seems eager to come back, which is a big relief to me. Special Shout Out to my brilliant Hygienist Anthony today I received a "deep cleaning" and boy do I love my cleanings. Anthony was thorough and patient with me. He told me step by step everything he was doing and explained the different dental tools. Not only was he thorough he kept me calm and let me take breaks when things got a little intense he was the bomb.com and knows his stuff. I definitely felt the difference as soon as I got out of the chair. Also, special thank you to Nikki, in the front office she helped my understand my insurance coverage and answered questions I had on other services. Way to go Mint Dentistry of Grapevine, I will be back in April for my 6 months check up and cleaning and I'll be looking for Anthony because after today we have established a great "Entanglement" after the deep cleaning I received today, honey! I give this place a 5star! Overall experience from the check in being smooth quick and very nice staff to the awesome dental hygienist who did my cleaning. I hate the feeling of the tools scraping my teeth but the guy kept me smiling laughing. Very friendly staff overall. Doctor was great gave good advice and it felt like I was in and out. Having not been to the dentist in a few years, I was very pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with my visit today at Mint Dentistry. Alex was the first person that saw me and made the Xray and teeth molds a very easy and a calm experience. Dr. Shastri was one of the most pleasant dentists I have met and informed me of all details of her examination of my Xrays and with no sales pressure! Brandy was my dental hygienist and made me feel very calm and I did not feel any pain or pressure during the cleaning process. Overall the best dental experience I can remember. This is a professional group that makes you feel great from check-in to close out! More

Mint is truly amazing and they have plenty of additives that they thoughtfully implement, such as the ability to use Beat headphones so you can listen to Grillz by Nelly while getting your teeth molded (trust me, it makes the experience much more hood than it actually is), cashing dollars into your account for waiting extra minutes (doesn’t matter. I would use that time to watch the Kardashians anyway), and Netflix but no chill... unfortunately... Nonetheless, it’s all logistically efficient for giving the customer a literal *jaw dropping, mouth agape* wowing experience. The small things add up and most likely, it’s going to be a lot better than the dental office you are going to that only has two shows playing, Fixer Upper or Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s. The first is surprisingly phenomenal. Don’t watch the latter. You’ll probably end up alone and spend your time writing hysterical reviews instead of truly living life, trust me. My hygienist, Brandon was fantastic at doing the cleaning and providing an all around pleasant experience instead of rushing me out as quick as possible unlike other places. #thanksbrandon! To top it all off, they offer teeth whitening molds, which hopefully will bump up my celestial majesticness to a solid 13 out of 10 because I’m sooo close. Seriously , no one with terrible teeth has more than 7 girlfriends at a time, unless they are on the streets in Las Vegas or the hill country, dog howling backwoods in Alabama. Then in those two exceptions anything goes. They request that you do a review if you want extra teeth whitening supplies, but the Jair Robinson stamp of approval is still valid 👌 More

I love my free whitening every month. Brandon does an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. Mint is truly amazing and they have plenty of additives that they thoughtfully implement, such as the ability to use Beat headphones so you can listen to Grillz by Nelly while getting your teeth molded (trust me, it makes the experience much more hood than it actually is), cashing dollars into your account for waiting extra minutes (doesn’t matter. I would use that time to watch the Kardashians anyway), and Netflix but no chill... unfortunately... Nonetheless, it’s all logistically efficient for giving the customer a literal *jaw dropping, mouth agape* wowing experience. The small things add up and most likely, it’s going to be a lot better than the dental office you are going to that only has two shows playing, Fixer Upper or Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s. The first is surprisingly phenomenal. Don’t watch the latter. You’ll probably end up alone and spend your time writing hysterical reviews instead of truly living life, trust me. My hygienist, Brandon was fantastic at doing the cleaning and providing an all around pleasant experience instead of rushing me out as quick as possible unlike other places. #thanksbrandon! To top it all off, they offer teeth whitening molds, which hopefully will bump up my celestial majesticness to a solid 13 out of 10 because I’m sooo close. Seriously , no one with terrible teeth has more than 7 girlfriends at a time, unless they are on the streets in Las Vegas or the hill country, dog howling backwoods in Alabama. Today was my first time at Mint Dentistry! My dental hygienist was Adela, my doctor that performed like 6 filling was Dr Patel, and Brandon did my cleaning! All three were sooooo nice, so professional, and just totally pleasant! Brandon was awesome, he did a great and fast job, keeping a good conversation and making me feel welcomed! Dr. Patel and Adela were also so nice, making sure i was ok throughout my procedure! The wait was a little longer than i anticipated, but the experience with everyone from the receptionists to the doctors made it all worth it! The location was much bigger than i expected, and totally nice and clean inside! Overall 10/10 experience, glad i ended up trusting others who came here and switching to Mint!!! More

I’ve been going to Mint for about two years or so now at the NRH location, and I’ve had a pretty good experience for the most part, but I just transferred to the Grapevine location because I moved out here, and this location is not only a nicer looking facility, but everyone I talked to seemed to be sincerely nice, and very enjoyable to be around. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Daniel, I believe it was, to being walked back and getting X-rays by Nadira who also had the massage chair ready and waiting for me, along with pandora pulled up, to being examined by Dr. Shastri, and getting my cleaning from Brandon. It was a smooth experience, and honestly the best trip to the dentist I’ve ever experienced, even compared to going to the NRH location. The people were nice at NRH, but you could definitely tell when they were having a bad day, and some of the staff would have an attitude, but overall, Mint is the... BEST. DENTIST. EVER!!! More

I visited the Grapevine location this week and I have to say that I was IMPRESSED!!! The office was more than nice it was like a 5 star hotel nice when I walked in. I was greeted immediately by the front office staff and shortly after I was called back. What stood out to me the most was Liz and Brandon. Liz explained to me the importance of flossing and why I needed the deep cleaning, this was the first time anyone had ever really explained all that to me and I appreciated that. Brandon was just as helpful, he preformed my deep cleaning and it didn't even hurt!! I was shocked, he was gentle and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. After I was done I was given the after care instructions and sent on my way. All my years this was the best experience at a dentist I have ever had and I recommend anyone to please go check them out!!! Mint you have a customer for life!!!! More

By far one of the smoothest and most pleasurable experiences I've had at a dentist's office in a long time. Everything was well organized and the entire staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. The dentist and staff alike went above and beyond during the exam. When I mentioned to the dental hygienist I was not able to wait for my whitening trays during my initial visit at a different location due to me running late for another engagement, she offered to make another set of trays at no cost to me! I will definitely return to this location for my next cleaning. More
